Role Summary

Responsible for L2 monitoring, incident management, and system stability ensuring SLA adherence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- - Monitor systems and manage incidents with RCA

- - Handle L2 troubleshooting and escalation

- - Perform system maintenance and configuration

- - Ensure SLA adherence and uptime

- - Coordinate with internal and external teams

- - Maintain SOPs and documentation

- - Support 24x7 operations
