- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support qualified growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing application code for SAP HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding and testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques specific to SAP HANA.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
