Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Engineering and Raw Material Stores across all six units.
- Supervise and coordinate store personnel across locations.
- Ensure proper stock records, material issue/receipt, min-max levels, and bin/rack organisation.
- Conduct regular physical and system stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure timely raw material availability.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for engineering spares and equipment requirements.
- Work with Purchase on reorder levels, lead times, and incoming material checks.
- Standardise stores processes across all units.
- Prepare and report stock status, audit findings, and discrepancies to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

- 6–7 years of experience in Stores/Inventory Management in a manufacturing environment, OR 2–3 years as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
- Hands-on experience in Engineering Stores and Raw Material Stores is essential.




- Experience with plastics/packaging raw materials such as granules and films is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP/stores software.
- Experience in stock audits and corrective actions.
- Good MS Excel and computer skills.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across all six units.

Preferred:

- Multi-location/multi-plant stores management experience.
- Knowledge of 5S and stores standardisation.
- Experience in BRCGS or similar audited manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of plastics/polymer raw material handling and storage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
