Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing promotional activities, coordinating campaigns, managing marketing materials, conducting market research, and maintaining customer and marketing records.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external agencies for marketing requirements.
- Conduct market research and collect information on competitors, customers, and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, brochures, proposals, reports, and promotional materials.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Maintain and update customer, lead, and marketing databases.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist the sales team with lead generation.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate promotional events, meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.




- Assist in maintaining the company's brand image and marketing communication.
- Manage marketing documents, records, and expenditure details.
- Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
