Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused International Education Consultant to guide students through the process of selecting international universities, courses, and destinations. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with knowledge of the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study-abroad programs, universities, courses, and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and financial preferences to recommend suitable options.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, and intakes.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist students with the complete application and admission process.
- Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams for applications and offer letters.




- Guide students on documentation and visa requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the counselling journey.
- Achieve individual and team counselling/admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.
- Stay updated on university requirements, international education trends, and visa regulations.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of international education destinations such as UK, Ireland, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, USA, or Canada.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good computer and CRM skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in study-abroad counselling, international education, admissions, or visa counselling is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
