The Home Manager will oversee all aspects of household operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning, staff management, procurement, and compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Household Operations: Supervise and coordinate all household activities, ensuring tasks are completed to required standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and monitor maids/domestic staff; create schedules and conduct performance reviews.
- Procurement: Manage purchase of vegetables, groceries, and household supplies; maintain inventory and vendor relationships.
- Daily Quality Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, order, and adherence to household requirements.
- Budget & Records: Track expenses, manage petty cash, and maintain procurement records.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and miscellaneous household needs.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad‑hoc household errands, event coordination, and special projects as required.




- Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure household data, staff records, and operations are managed with discretion and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of experience in household/estate management or hospitality.
- Proven track record in staff supervision and procurement.
- Graduate degree preferred; certifications in hospitality/property management a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
