Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the personal and professional skills of students/employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and a passion for mentoring and personality development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Develop and deliver training modules on topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer service, and presentation skills.
- Assess learners’ performance through activities, role plays, group discussions, and feedback sessions.
- Customize training programs based on organizational or student requirements.
- Mentor and guide learners to build confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance overall professional behavior.




- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovative training methodologies.
- Support students in improving interview skills, workplace etiquette, and corporate communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field is required
- Freshers with robust communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply
- Prior training, teaching, anchoring, debating, or public speaking experience will be an added advantage
