Job Responsibilities

Assist in daily electrical production activities and shop-floor operations.

Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per quality standards.

Support installation, testing, wiring, assembly and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

Maintain production records, reports and documentation.

Follow safety rules, electrical standards and company procedures.

Identify basic production issues and support corrective actions.

Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.

Learn and follow company SOPs and work instructions.

Required Skills





Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and electrical components.

Valuable understanding of electrical safety.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.

Problem-solving and analytical approach.

Eligibility

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates should be willing to work in a production environment and in shifts if required.
