Role Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. HR Executive with 2–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates with IT recruitment experience will be preferred.

Job Description:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
- onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.




- Conduct employee engagement activities and handle grievances.
- Assist in performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Support management in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Graduate, Postgraduate in HR preferred.
- Experience: 2–6 years in HR operations; IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, HR tools, and documentation.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Thane / nearby areas preferred.

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
