Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and facility upkeep across Shalby units.
The role will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring smooth housekeeping operations, and conducting regular visits to different units for monitoring and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping Operations
- Manage and monitor housekeeping operations across Shalby units.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Develop and implement housekeeping checklists, SOPs, and processes.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify areas requiring improvement.
2. Hygiene & Quality Standards
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness across all areas.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of housekeeping activities.
- Identify hygiene gaps and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
3. Maintenance & Facility Upkeep
- Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance teams for housekeeping-related maintenance issues.
- Ensure proper upkeep of common areas, patient areas, staff areas, and other facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping equipment and ensure timely maintenance/replacement.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of facilities across units.
4. Unit Visits & Monitoring
- Travel to different Shalby units for regular inspections and operational reviews.
- Expected travel will be approximately 15 days per month.
- Conduct unit-wise housekeeping audits and share observations and action plans.
- Support units in improving housekeeping processes and service standards.
5. Vendor & Inventory Management
- Monitor housekeeping consumables, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping-related requirements.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources and control wastage.
6. Team Management
- Train and guide housekeeping teams on hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
