Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Laravel Technical Lead with 6–8 years of strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, experience leading development teams, and the ability to drive projects from requirement analysis through deployment.

The candidate should have working knowledge of Flutter and AWS. Experience with React and Next.js will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure quality and performance.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Manage development tasks, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work with AWS services for application deployment, hosting, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with the team on application architecture, API development, database design, and integrations.
- Contribute to mobile application development/support using Flutter.




- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices across the development team.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and project delivery.

Required Skills :

- 6–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in PHP and Laravel.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture, REST APIs, authentication, and database integration.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
- Working knowledge of Flutter and mobile application development.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and technical leadership.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with React.js and Next.j.
- Experience working with modern frontend architectures.
- Experience in CI/CD, Git, Docker, or cloud-based development environments.
