Position: .NET Faculty / Technical Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate .NET Faculty / Trainer to deliver high-quality training in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and .NET Full Stack Development. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly and provide practical, project-based training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom/online training sessions on C# and .NET technologies.
- Teach OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, LINQ, Delegates, Generics, Multithreading, etc.
- Provide hands-on training in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API and Entity Framework Core.
- Train students on SQL Server, database design, queries, joins, stored procedures and optimization.
- Guide students in developing real-time .NET Full Stack projects.
- Explain coding concepts through practical examples and assignments.
- Conduct coding exercises, mock interviews and technical assessments.
- Mentor students and help them prepare for .NET developer interviews.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, projects and interview questions.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET and Microsoft technologies.





Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of C#
- .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC
- Web API / REST APIs
- Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
- LINQ
- SQL Server
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Git / GitHub
- Basic knowledge of Angular or React is an advantage
- Knowledge of Azure / Cloud is an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI integration in .NET applications is a plus

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant development or training experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Prior experience as a .NET Trainer/Faculty is preferred.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in real-time .NET application development, corporate training, placement-oriented training, or mentoring freshers will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, technical skills, and training expertise.

Pay: ₹9,823.01 - ₹54,076.75 per month
