Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Data Modeler – Azure Databricks with strong expertise in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, and advanced data modeling.

The candidate will be responsible for designing implementation-ready conceptual, logical, and physical data models that can be directly consumed by Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design logical and physical data models using Azure Databricks and Delta Lake.
- Develop Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models (CDM/LDM/PDM).
- Design data structures following Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medallion Architecture.
- Define entities, attributes, relationships, keys, constraints, schemas, and data types.
- Create DDL-ready SQL definitions for Data Engineering implementation.
- Define transformation logic across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
- Apply Delta Lake best practices for scalable data solutions.
- Design using 3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Vault methodologies.
- Create and maintain ER diagrams, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and mapping documents.




- Translate business requirements into scalable and implementation-ready data models.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Data Modeling / Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in logical and physical data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks and Delta Lake.
- Ability to create implementation-ready models for Data Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of schemas, relationships, keys, constraints, and data types.
- Robust SQL and DDL skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
