About Auden Aviation

Auden Aviation is a premium aviation training academy focused on preparing students for careers in the aviation and airline industry.

We are looking for a confident, engaging, and well-spoken Personality Development & English Communication Trainer to help students develop the communication, confidence, grooming, and professional skills required to succeed in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging sessions on spoken English and English communication
- Train students in personality development and confidence building
- Improve students' public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and communication exercises
- Train students in professional etiquette, body language, grooming, and workplace communication
- Help students develop confidence for airline interviews and customer-facing roles
- Assess students' progress and provide individual feedback
- Create an engaging, positive, and skilled classroom environment
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure students meet training objectives

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English




- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident and engaging personality
- Experience in English training, personality development, soft skills, communication training, or interview preparation
- Ability to work with young students and build their confidence
- Good knowledge of professional etiquette, grooming, body language, and interview skills
- Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, airline training, or education will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in English language training, soft skills, personality development, or communication are a plus
