We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience to lead data science initiatives, develop advanced machine learning models, and translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms, along with experience leading projects and mentoring data science teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics models.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Build solutions using Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and related technologies.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and implement NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, classification, and clustering models as required.
- Work on Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven applications where applicable.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business teams.
- Deploy models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.




- Present analytical findings and model outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Data Scientists and contribute to technical strategy.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Advanced Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or related AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Spark/PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale data and production ML systems.
- Experience with tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
