About the Role

ViNi Tech is looking for a technically strong and passionate Generative AI, RAG & Agentic AI Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training at our client's site in Lucknow.

The trainer will work with B.Tech students across multiple semesters and will be responsible for taking learners progressively from AI & Generative AI fundamentals to Prompt Engineering, LLM APIs, AI Application Development, RAG, Agentic AI and Enterprise AI.

The role requires strong technical knowledge along with the ability to explain concepts clearly, conduct live coding sessions, mentor projects, and guide students through practical implementation.

Key Technical Requirements

Generative AI & LLMs
Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts.
AI vs ML vs DL fundamentals.
Transformers, tokens, context windows and embeddings.
Understanding of LLM hallucinations and responsible AI.
Practical understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI.
Prompt Engineering
Prompt anatomy and design.
Zero-shot, one-shot and few-shot prompting.
Role prompting.
Prompt evaluation and prompt libraries.

Advanced prompting techniques including ReAct, Chain-of-Thought concepts, Tree of Thoughts and Self-Consistency.

LLM APIs & AI Integration
Hands-on experience with:

The ideal candidate should:

Have strong communication and presentation skills.

Be comfortable conducting 4 hours of onsite classroom training every day.

Be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.

Be comfortable with live coding and demonstrations.

Use practical examples and real-world use cases while teaching.

Mentor students during assignments, labs and projects.

Be capable of troubleshooting students' code and implementation issues.

Be comfortable guiding students through capstone projects, presentations and viva preparation.

Maintain an engaging and professional classroom environment.

Experience

Preferred: 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/GenAI application development, software development, technical training, mentoring or a related field.

Candidates with strong practical GenAI project experience and excellent teaching ability may also be considered.

Important

This is not a purely theoretical teaching role.

The trainer should have the ability to build, demonstrate, explain and mentor practical Generative AI solutions involving LLM APIs, AI applications, RAG and Agentic AI.

Prior corporate/college training or mentoring experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
