Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, designers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Follow up on material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site availability.
- Track project progress against timelines and identify delays.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, inspections, and client discussions.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, BOQs, quotations, and work orders.
- Follow up with the site team regarding work progress and pending activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely execution.
- Monitor material movement and ensure materials reach the site as scheduled.
- Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports for management.
- Communicate project updates,



issues, and requirements to the concerned teams.
- Assist the Project Manager in resolving site and coordination issues.
- Ensure client requirements and approved drawings/specifications are followed.
- Maintain proper records of project communications and approvals.
- Support project handover, snag-list closure, and completion documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
