L35 - Services Specialist, BI Technology Realization

The Technology Realization Service Specialist supports GPS Contracts & Procurement Operations (GCPO) by assessing emerging AI technologies, designing and deploying AI-powered solutions, and managing other technology initiatives as business needs evolve. This role also develops Power Platform automations, analyzes data, builds Power BI dashboards, and streamlines manual processes to improve leadership reporting, strengthen technology continuity, and accelerate data-driven decision-making.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, BI Technology Realization on the GPS Contracts & Procurement Operations Technology Realization team, you will be responsible for:

- Designing and delivering AI, automation, and analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation
- Building and deploying dashboards, reporting assets, data models, key performance indicators, and visualization frameworks for leadership reporting
- Developing workflow automations using Power Platform technologies and integrating applications or data sources through application programming interfaces and automation frameworks
- Assessing emerging AI technologies, creating prototypes, and translating stakeholder needs into practical solution recommendations
- Analyzing complex datasets, identifying actionable insights, and helping optimize manual processes across procurement, operations, and enterprise functions

The team

The GPS Contracts & Procurement Operations Technology Realization team helps advance procurement and operations through analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and reporting solutions. The team works across business and technology stakeholders to convert operational needs into scalable tools, dashboards, and workflow improvements. This group supports leadership decision-making, technology continuity, and transformation initiatives across enterprise functions.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:





- 3-6 years of experience in analytics, automation, artificial intelligence/machine learning solution support, Power Platform, business process improvement, or digital transformation
- Experience developing dashboards, workflows, prototypes, process documentation, and business-ready solution materials
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including Generative AI, Python, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architectures
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, key performance indicator design, Structured Query Language, and cloud data platforms
- Experience with application prototyping, application programming interface integration, automation frameworks, Power Platform, and low-code/no-code solution development
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution testing, validation, user support, and training

Preferred:

- Experience supporting procurement, operations, enterprise functions, or technology realization initiatives
- Experience creating proof-of-concepts and supporting production-ready AI, automation, or analytics solutions
- Experience with governance, audit-ready documentation, data integrity practices, and requirements-to-solution translation
- Experience with Snowflake and Python
