Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager SHIFT timings : 9 am - 5 PM (MONDAY - SATURDAY) with a strong focus on ON PAGE / off-page / TECHNICAL / AI SEO EXPERIENCE to join our Digital marketing team. You will be responsible for executing link-building strategies to help grow the online visibility of our Australian clients. A working knowledge of on-page SEO is also expected, but the role will emphasize off-page techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+years of hands-on TECHNICAL SEO experience with a strong portfolio in ON page & OFF-page, TECHNICAL & AI SEO.

-Familiarity with International SEO practices and platforms.

-Experience with SEO tools like GA-4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Moz, etc.

-Strong understanding of white-hat SEO techniques — no shortcuts or black-hat tactics.

-Excellent communication and reporting skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

-Strong expertise in local seo

Key Responsibilities:

*On-Page & Off Page SEO

-Perform basic on-page optimization tasks: meta tags, headings, internal linking.

-Assist in keyword research and mapping.

-Optimize pages for target keywords.

-Blog writing and content optimisation

-GMB profile optimisation and posting





*Off-Page / On page SEO (Primary Focus)

-Execute and manage off-page SEO activities including:

-Keyword-based Social Bookmarking

-Directory Submission (Australian directories)

-Web 2.0 Blogs & Web 2.0 Bookmarking

-Guest Posting & Guest Post Bookmarking

-Micro Blogging (e.g., Tumblr, Medium)

-Sharing on Social Sites (e.g., Reddit, Facebook, Pinterest)

-Article Submission & Article Submission Bookmarking

-Local Citations (especially for Australian markets)

-Quora Participation & Link Outreach

-Classified Ad Posting (Australia-specific platforms)

-Identify relevant websites for backlink opportunities.

-Monitor backlink profiles and ensure high-quality link placements.

-Disavowing Bad Backlinks to maintain healthy backlink profiles

-Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm changes and off-page best practices.

-Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Nice to Have:

-Prior experience working with International clients or websites.

-Familiarity with Australian citation directories and classified platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
