HR Operations Manager

Location: Kochi

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and improve our HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of HR processes, maintain compliance, manage employee lifecycle activities, and support business objectives through efficient HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Ensure HR policies and SOPs are implemented and followed.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRIS.
- Handle employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
- Resolve employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics.
- Work closely with department heads to improve HR processes.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations.




- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
