About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media across platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable ROI for our clients (or brand). This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in ad managers and thinks in CAC, ROAS, and CPL.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: audience research, targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and optimization

Drive performance against KPIs — ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate — and continuously optimize toward targets

Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and audiences (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, CAPI)

Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences to improve efficiency

Manage and pace budgets across multiple accounts/campaigns





Build and present performance reports with explicit insights and next actions

Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams on campaign assets and funnels

Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (mandatory)

Working knowledge of additional platforms is a plus — programmatic/DV360, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, or Taboola/Outbrain

Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup

Analytical mindset — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, pivot tables, and data-based decisions

Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and multiple accounts

Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications preferred

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
