We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant with 13+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation, support, and post-go-live activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD business processes, S/4HANA, configuration, pricing, sales, delivery, billing, customer master, credit management, integrations, and SAP project implementation/support.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, onsite consultants, technical teams, and clients to understand business requirements, identify gaps, configure SAP solutions, and deliver effective business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end SAP SD implementation and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and understand AS-IS business processes.
- Conduct gap analysis and map business requirements with SAP functionality.
- Configure and customize SAP SD business processes.
- Work on Sales, Delivery, and Billing processes.
- Configure:

- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Pricing Procedures
- Condition Types
- Condition Tables
- Access Sequences
- Condition Records
- Shipping Points
- Routes and Route Determination
- Work on Customer Master, Vendor Master, Material Master and Business Partner configurations.
- Handle pricing configuration and special pricing functions.
- Work on Credit Management and Availability Check (ATP).
- Work on returns and Advanced Returns Management.
- Support logistics processes including:
- Deliveries
- Shipments
- Packing
- Handling Units
- Batch Management
- Warehouse Management
- Inventory Management
- Work on Third-Party Sales, Individual Purchase Orders and Consignment processes.
- Work on EDI and IDoc configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Configure partner profiles and support IDoc processing.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.
- Prepare Functional Specifications,



Configuration Documents and Test Documents.
- Coordinate with ABAP teams for technical development, debugging and issue resolution.
- Support integration of SAP SD with MM and FI/CO.
- Work with third-party applications and non-SAP systems for integration requirements.
- Participate in data migration activities involving master data, pricing conditions and open sales orders.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing and prepare test cases/scripts.
- Participate in cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare and post-Go-Live support.
- Provide user training and prepare training documentation.
- Coordinate with onsite consultants, business teams and technical teams.
- Provide KT and transition support to AMS/support teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous business process improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Required Skills

- 13+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization.
- Robust understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience in SAP SD implementation and support projects.

The ideal candidate will be a senior SAP SD professional with 13+ years of experience who has successfully worked on SAP implementation, support, migration, integration, testing, Go-Live and post-Go-Live projects.

Candidates with strong S/4HANA experience, client-facing exposure, SAP SD configuration expertise and end-to-end O2C knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
