About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support product design, prototyping, fabrication, testing, and product development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong CAD skills and a practical understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or UG NX.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Work with production, electrical, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, machining, and assembly.
- Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and revision records.
- Support R&D; and product improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to IoT-based and smart mobility products, where applicable.

Required Skills





- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in mechanical/product design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or UG NX.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, materials, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience/knowledge of BOM, prototyping, and fabrication drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- IoT/smart mobility knowledge is an added advantage.
