Our founder, Deeksha Senguttuvan, spent years working in healthcare and technology, but it was her close interactions with parents that revealed the real gap in paediatric care. Families were either navigating large hospitals with long waits and little personal connection, or relying on scattered, inconsistent care. There had to be a better way.

so in 2024, we began with one clinic and a simple mission: to make paediatric care feel closer, calmer, and kinder.

Today, hoola health is a growing network of neighbourhood clinics offering everything from consultations and vaccinations to developmental assessments and therapy services — all under one roof. Job Description:

The Nurse plays a key role in delivering safe, compassionate clinical care. This includes assisting doctors during consultations, administering vaccinations, maintaining clinical hygiene,supporting patient counselling, and ensuring error-free documentation on EMR (EMR). The ideal candidate is child-friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards.

Role:

● Conduct Vital check and document before Doctor Consultation.

● Assist in administering vaccines safely and follow IAP guidelines.

● Update immunization due-dates, schedules, and clinical details in EMR without errors.





● Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.

● Provide calm and reassuring support to children and parents.

Responsibilities:

1. Medication, Vaccine & HPV Counselling

● Recommend medicines, HPV vaccine, and vaccination packages based on doctor advice. ● Educate parents on dosage, after-care, and follow-up instructions.

● Support clinic team in achieving monthly vaccination and HPV targets.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

● Track daily consumption of vaccines, medications, and consumables.

● Maintain stock logs with 100% accuracy.

● Ensure zero stock-outs and minimal expiry loss.

● Assist in weekly stock audits and reconcile items with the central MIS team.

3. Hygiene & Clinical Readiness

● Maintain high standards of cleanliness across vaccine rooms, consultation rooms, and equipment.

● Ensure ILR/refrigerator temperature is monitored and recorded twice daily.

● Keep consumables organized, sterilized, and replenished.

3. EMR Documentation & Reporting

● Ensure EMR entries (notes, vaccines, due-dates) are completed before EOD.

● Support the clinic team with daily reporting and audit checklists.

● Identify and escalate documentation gaps immediately.

Qualification and Skills:

● ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing or equivalent clinical training.

● 0–5 years of experience in pediatric or clinical settings preferred.

● Robust communication and parent-handling skills

● Ability to stay calm and child-friendly during procedures.

● Basic proficiency in EMR systems (EMR experience is a plus).
