Job Description – Argon Welder
Position: TIG / Argon Welder
Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)
Experience: 1+ Year
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG/Argon welding on MS, SS, and aluminium components.
- Read and understand basic welding drawings and measurements.
- Ensure proper welding quality, finishing, and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely.
- Identify and rectify welding defects.
- Follow safety procedures and production standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TIG/Argon welding.
- Good knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive understanding of workplace safety.
