About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO and be comfortable working on multiple projects while driving measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
- Handle on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking and content optimization.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage off-page SEO activities, including link building and backlink analysis.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights based on performance data.
- Coordinate with content writers,



developers and other marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify new SEO opportunities through competitor and industry research.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink strategies.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with multiple clients or websites.
- Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of local SEO and international SEO is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO-focused content strategy.
- Experience with SEO audits and preparing actionable recommendations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
