We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Spoken English Trainer to develop students’ English communication, speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and presentation skills. The trainer will conduct engaging, activity-based sessions that build students’ confidence and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes for students.
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
- Improve students’ pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
- Conduct interactive activities such as role plays, group discussions, debates, storytelling, presentations, and conversation practice.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English in academic and everyday situations.
- Identify individual students’ language gaps and provide appropriate support.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessment materials.
- Conduct periodic assessments to measure students’ improvement.
- Maintain student progress records and provide feedback to the Academic Coordinator.
- Create an English-speaking environment within the classroom.
- Support students in developing public speaking and presentation skills.
- Coordinate with teachers and academic coordinators to strengthen students’ overall communication skills.
- Participate in school events, competitions, assemblies, and other academic activities when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature,



Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Spoken English, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Robust pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
- Experience working with school students is preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with school-level Spoken English training experience and strong classroom communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
