Job Summary

We are looking for a Solar Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems. The candidate should have practical knowledge of solar PV systems and be comfortable working at project sites.

Requirements

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field

* Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and equipment

* Experience in solar installation, maintenance, or servicing preferred

* Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and understand wiring connections

* Basic knowledge of electrical safety and site safety procedures

* Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Roles & Responsibilities

* Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, cables, and other system components

* Perform electrical wiring and connections as per approved drawings

* Conduct site inspections and assist in solar project installation

* Test and commission solar PV systems

* Identify and troubleshoot technical and electrical issues





* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems

* Check solar panels, inverters, cables, earthing, and other equipment

* Ensure proper installation quality and follow safety standards

* Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, contractors, and customers at project sites

* Maintain service and installation reports

* Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues as per the Service SOP

* Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used

Experience

* 6 months to 3 years of experience in solar installation, electrical work, or related field.

* Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and basic solar knowledge may also be considered.

Salary

* ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
