We are leading manufacturer and distributor of advanced security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, PA systems, and serving as a national distributor of fire alarm systems and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up on daily task sheet preparation and reports from Sales and Technical teams
- Maintain daily MIS reports for sales count, calls, field meetings, and prospects
- Prepare audit reports and track pending work across Sales, Technical, and Purchase departments
- Extract the data from the designated Software and update it
- Prepare reports on telephonic complaints in the Technical department (resolved / unresolved)
- Prepare RMA (Return Material Authorization) reports and project extract sheets
- Prepare and maintain purchase-related data and MIS reports
- Perform MIS-cum-audit analysis to identify gaps and pending actions
- Share daily and periodic reports with the Head of Department




- Ensure strong and regular follow-ups with the Sales team for proper work maintenance
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Proactively support audit activities and compliance requirements

Skills Required:

- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, look-ups, complex formulas, MIS reporting, and data tracking
- Ability to follow up effectively and close pending tasks on time
- Location: Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any Graduate
