Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Bidder with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing customized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and generating business opportunities for IT & Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on company services.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Submit quality bids and proposals on a regular basis.
- Communicate with international clients through Upwork, email, and other channels.
- Handle follow-ups with potential clients and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
- Understand basic requirements related to Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital services.
- Coordinate with the technical and digital marketing teams for project understanding, estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Maintain records of submitted bids, responses, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned bidding, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Upwork/online bidding.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork is required.
- Good understanding of IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

Preferred

- Experience working with international clients.
- Experience in an IT/Digital Marketing company.
- Knowledge of other platforms such as Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or PeoplePerHour.
- Familiarity with CRM/lead-tracking tools.

Pay: ₹16,894.55 - ₹39,918.14 per month
