Job Summary

The Site Engineer oversees day-to-day construction activities, coordinates with contractors and consultants, ensures quality standards, and monitors project progress while complying with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Measure work quantities and verify contractor bills.
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and records.
- Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction/site engineering (or as required).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office is an advantage.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,948.93 - ₹60,689.88 per month
