Qualifications

 ITI / Diploma in: Mechanical Engineering /Production Engineering

 Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, Fitter / Machinist / Turner Trade

Salary: Freshers up to 18K / Experienced Based on the current Package

Key Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor industrial buffing/polishing robots during production.

 Load and unload components/materials onto robotic fixtures.

 Set up robotic programs, tooling, and buffing parameters as per production

requirements.

 Inspect finished products for surface quality, finish, and defects.

 Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of robotic equipment.





 Ensure proper usage of buffing wheels, polishing compounds, and tools.

 Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to

maintenance/supervisors.

 Follow SOPs, safety standards, and PPE requirements at all times.

 Maintain production records, quality reports, and shift documentation.

 Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities.

 Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to 5S practices.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
