We are looking for an experienced SEO & GEO Team Lead to lead and scale our organic visibility team. The role combines advanced Technical SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), team leadership, strategy, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage SEO, content, and link-building teams.
- Develop and implement advanced SEO & GEO strategies for clients.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, Schema implementation, Core Web Vitals, international SEO, and programmatic SEO.
- Develop GEO strategies for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Work with Knowledge Graphs, semantic content, entity optimization, and RAG concepts.
- Create SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and training programs for the team.
- Review SEO strategies, keyword mapping, backlinks, content, and technical implementations.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and changes in AI search behavior.




- Collaborate with Web Development and Project Coordination teams.

Requirements

- 5+ years of SEO experience, including 1–2 years in a lead/mentoring role.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React/Next.js.
- Expertise in Schema, programmatic SEO, structured data, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Understanding of GEO, LLMs, vector search, entity optimization, citations, and RAG.
- Solid leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication; Malayalam is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
