Job Summary:
Experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, optimization, and integration of Oracle SCM Cloud modules with a focus on hospital, pharmacy, lab, and medical supply chain operations. The role involves working closely with sourcing, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline supply chain workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements across departments including central supply, pharmacy, lab, and clinical operations.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement & Self-Service Procurement
- Product Hub / Item Master
- Sourcing & Supplier Portal
- Order Management
- Receiving and Inspection

- Drive process improvements in:

- Hospital material management
- Inventory controls (e.g., lot, batch, expiry tracking)
- Vendor credentialing and contract pricing

- Align SCM solutions with healthcare-specific workflows such as:

- Medical-surgical supply tracking
- GPO contract compliance
- Consignment inventory
- Device recalls and traceability

Technical Responsibilities:

- Configure workflows,



approval hierarchies, and business rules across SCM modules.
- Develop custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher for spend analysis, inventory aging, and supplier performance.
- Create and manage interfaces and data migration using:
- FBDI (File-Based Data Import)
- SOAP/REST APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Support integration of Oracle SCM with:

- EHR systems (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- ERP and Financial modules (Payables, Projects)

- Perform testing (unit, system, UAT) and provide post-go-live support and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Solid techno-functional skills in Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Portal, and Product Hub.
- Hands-on experience with:
- OTBI/BIP Reports
- FBDI templates, SOAP/REST APIs
- OIC or other integration platforms

- Understanding of healthcare-specific SCM workflows and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA device tracking).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience integrating Oracle with EPIC/Cerner, GHX, or McKesson systems
- Familiarity with GS1 standards, UDI compliance, and barcoding solutions
- Understanding of nonprofit/IDN healthcare structures and purchasing cooperatives (e.g., Vizient, Premier)
