- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to quality management.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions within the SAP Quality Management framework.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and tools to ensure compliance with development standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement in software quality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
