Tool & Die Making
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.;
Design, fabricate, and maintain dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Operate CNC, milling, grinding, and EDM machines.
Conduct die tryouts, troubleshoot defects, and perform reconditioning.
Collaborate with engineers to improve tooling efficiency.
Turning Operations
Operate manual and CNC lathes for precision machining.
Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, and taper operations.
Read blueprints and calculate machining parameters.
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Maintain machines and ensure workplace safety.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain machine logbooks, inspection records, and tool history cards.
Follow safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and ISO/IMS
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
