Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team.

The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimating activities.

Requirements

- Read and Interpret Landscape & Construction Drawings
- Have Practical Exp for Civil work
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- RFQ for Project Materials from Vendors
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare Cost Estimates for Specific Project
- Co-ordinate Technical Details with Designers & Sales team
- Support operations in Project Cost Control




- Track Project Budgets and Report
- Prepare Estimates for Change Orders

Must Have

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in estimation.
- Proficiency in estimation software
- Robust knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
