Position: Marketing Manager
Industry: Event Management(Hotel Management Candidate Prefered)
Location: Bhubaneswar (BBSR)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Travel Requirement: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

· Prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations and business proposals.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client requirements.

· Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

· Travel across India for client meetings, business development, and event coordination.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

· Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.





Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the event management industry).

· Presentable personality with a professional attitude.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT), Microsoft Office, and presentation skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively across India.

· Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented workplace.

Pay: ₹15,511.95 - ₹30,674.00 per month
