Job Description – Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and annual lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Language Instruction: Teach Hindi language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
- Student Assessment: Prepare and evaluate examinations, quizzes, assignments, and homework to monitor and assess student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Cultural Activities: Organize and conduct Hindi-related activities such as debates, poetry recitations, storytelling sessions, essay-writing competitions, and cultural programs.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance, behavior, and overall development.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress reports.
- Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and other school initiatives.

Job Requirements

- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi with strong grammatical knowledge.
- Communication Skills:



Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Classroom Management: Ability to manage classrooms effectively and handle students with patience and empathy.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of educational technology and digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.
- Passion for Teaching: Commitment to fostering a love for the Hindi language and literature among students.
