NESTORA is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, understand furniture requirements, and convert potential customers into meetings and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads received through Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website and other sources.
- Understand customers' furniture requirements, budget, dimensions and preferred designs.
- Explain NESTORA’s ready-made and customized furniture solutions.
- Share product catalogues, images, prices and quotations with customers on WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into showroom/office meetings, site visits and confirmed orders.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales status.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized furniture requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle basic pre-sales queries.
- Achieve monthly calling, meeting and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of Telecalling / Inside Sales experience preferred.
- Furniture, Interior, Home Décor or Real Estate sales experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi; basic/working English required.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, calling and basic Excel/CRM.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in handling customers.
