INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Department: Site Execution / Operations

Reports To: Project Manager / Management

Location: Site-based (with travel across project locations)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2-3 years in interior fit-out / construction execution

Compensation: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Skyland Infra is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee execution of construction and interior projects across its associated business verticals. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage site measurements, coordinate material and manpower, ensure quality execution, and act as the primary on-ground point of contact for customers and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Bring overall hands-on experience across construction and interior execution projects.
- Take accurate site measurements and translate them into actionable work plans.




- Support product selection for projects based on site requirements and customer preference.
- Assist in work costing and preparation of execution estimates.
- Coordinate job assignment to the relevant vendors, contractors, or site teams.
- Conduct on-site measurements and prepare scope documentation.
- Explain the scope of work clearly to customers and address their queries.
- Take complete ownership of project execution from start to handover.
- Carry out material checks to ensure quality and quantity match project requirements.
- Conduct regular work follow-up to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Working knowledge of interior designing principles and execution practices.
- Basic product knowledge relevant to construction and interior materials/fittings.
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings and take exact measurements.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills to manage multiple site activities.
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and/or construction site execution.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Must own a two-wheeler for regular travel between sites.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as required.
- Proficient in languages – English, Hindi & Kannada

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
