Overview

Join Orangescrum, the flagship product of Andolasoft, as a Mid-Level Product Manager. In this role, you will drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable products, ensuring continuous innovation and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage market research, user insights, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate ideas into explicit product requirements and partner closely with engineering for timely delivery.
- Track product performance and continuously optimize features using data-driven insights.




- Communicate product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Linear.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Hands-on experience with user testing, experimentation, and A/B testing.
