Technical Knowledge / skill Requirement:

1) Required knowledge about Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) , RFQs, Quotations, Comparative statements, Delivery schedules, Invoice verification, GRN (Goods Receipt Note).

2) Awareness of valve standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, and system standards ISO 9001:2015, PED, ATEX, IBR, AP6D,14001,45001 etc.

3) Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers, especially those conforming to Client Approved Vendor Lists.

4) Required material knowledge used in valve industries.

5) Working experience in ERP system.

6) Required knowledge about Manufacturing process.

7) Required knowledge about Procurement process.

8) Required knowledge about Instruments, Drawings, Inspection Process, QAP.

9) NDT knowledge

10) NCR – CAPA.

11) Internal Auditor course

12) External audit, Suppliers Audit exposer

13) Good knowledge of all types of materials used in valves assembly

14) Good negotational skill required.

Managerial :-

1} Handle purchase team, lead them

2} Good co ordination skill required

3} Valuable computer knowledge & email communication.

Requirements

Qualification: DME / BE MECH.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
