Role: APD / IC Substrate Design Engineer
We are looking for skilled APD / IC Substrate Design Engineers with hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro Package Designer (APD) and substrate/package design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and development of multilayer organic and ceramic substrates
Hands-on experience in MLO & MLC substrate design
Experience in Flip-Chip, Wirebond and BGA package designs
Space Transformer Design for semiconductor testers
BGA ball assignment and package routing
Skew matching, phase matching, length matching and impedance matching
Net closing, film generation and Gerber generation
Power planning and layer stack-up understanding
Working knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI) and thermal management
Review customer inputs and support layer count/power planning
Execute designs within project timelines while maintaining quality standards
