We are looking for an experienced React / Next.js / React Native Developer to join Trikon Digital and help lead a major technology upgrade of our existing UK healthcare software product.

About Trikon Digital: Trikon Digital is a UK-focused healthcare technology company developing secure digital solutions for healthcare professionals, clinics and patients, with a focus on clinical workflows, practice management, patient engagement and AI-enabled healthcare technology.

This is not a project starting from a blank concept. We already have an existing healthcare product and workflows. The successful developer will help us modernise and rebuild the product into a new-generation platform using a modern technology stack, while retaining and improving the proven functionality and workflows of the current system.

The upgraded platform will include a Doctor Portal, Patient Portal, Admin Portal and iOS/Android Patient App, supporting private medical practices and aesthetic/cosmetic clinics.

We are looking for a developer who has experience building real-world SaaS applications, rather than primarily static websites.

Role

You will be responsible for developing and improving:

- Doctor Portal
- Patient Portal
- Administration Portal
- Patient mobile application
- Appointment and booking interfaces
- Clinical consultation interfaces
- Patient medical record interfaces
- Aesthetic/cosmetic treatment workflows
- Digital forms and consent
- Secure clinical photography interfaces
- Payments and invoices
- Patient messaging and notifications
- Dashboards and reporting interfaces
- Integration with backend REST APIs

The web applications will primarily use React, Next.js and TypeScript, with the patient mobile application developed using React Native / Expo.

- SNOMED CT or other clinical terminology/coding standards

Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential. Strong SaaS/product development experience is more important.

- Communicates clearly with backend developers and the product owner
- Participates in code reviews and technical discussions
- Is interested in building a long-term healthcare technology product

You should be comfortable working on a complex application containing clinical workflows, rather than only conventional websites.

Employment

Full-time

This is intended to be a long-term position, not a short-term freelance project.

Working pattern: 6 days per week, working to UK business hours / UK time. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely from India while aligning their working hours with the UK-based team.

Immediate start / ASAP. We are actively recruiting now and preference will be given to suitable candidates who can join immediately or at short notice.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and technical ability.

Exceptional candidates with particularly strong React Native / Next.js experience may be considered separately.
