### Voice AI / Conversational AI Engineer – Sales

**Experience:** 1–4 years

**Job Type:** Full-time

We are looking for a **Voice AI Engineer** to build AI-powered voice agents for **sales and lead qualification calls**.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build real-time AI voice agents for sales calls

* Integrate **LLMs, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)**

* Build natural conversations, interruptions, and call transfers

* Integrate telephony platforms like **Twilio/Telnyx**

* Connect AI agents with **CRM and business APIs**

* Improve conversation quality, accuracy, and latency

Significant Skills:

* **Voice AI / Conversational AI**

* **OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs**

* **Python or Node.js**

* **STT / TTS**

* **Twilio / Telnyx / SIP**





* **WebSockets & real-time streaming**

* **Prompt engineering & AI agent workflows**

* Understanding of **sales conversations, lead qualification, and objection handling**

**Preferred:** Experience building AI sales, calling, customer-support, or appointment-booking agents.

**Ideal candidate:** Someone who has **hands-on experience building and deploying real-time AI voice agents**, not just chatbot/LLM applications.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
