We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models in accordance with project requirements, BIM standards, and construction drawings. The candidate will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure the BIM model is accurate and properly coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop architectural, structural, or MEP models based on project drawings and specifications.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and basic detailing from BIM models.
- Read and understand engineering and architectural drawings.
- Update models based on design changes and instructions from senior team members.
- Assist in preparing construction/shop drawings and documentation.
- Support senior BIM Modelers and BIM Coordinators in project activities.
- Assist with basic model checking and coordination.
- Follow company BIM standards, modeling guidelines, and file-naming procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized project files.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned modeling tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of BIM concepts and 3D modeling.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- BIM/Revit certification or training is an advantage.

Preferred Software Knowledge

- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.

Experience

- Fresher: Candidates with academic/project experience in Revit and BIM are welcome.
- 1 Year Experience: Candidates with up to 1 year of professional BIM/Revit modeling experience preferred.
