Role: Business Development Executive – Hazardous Waste Management

We are a hazardous waste management service provider catering to industries and commercial establishments where Diesel Generator (DG) sets are installed.

The candidate will be responsible for business development across the entire NCR region, identifying potential customers and generating current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify companies, industries, commercial establishments, institutions, hospitals, malls, hotels, residential societies and other premises having DG sets installed.
- Cover the entire NCR region through systematic market visits and email communication.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and decision-makers.
- Approach prospective clients through emails, telephone calls and physical visits.
- Explain our hazardous waste management and used-oil disposal services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads,



conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into active customers.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify recurring business opportunities.
- Maintain regular reporting of visits, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirement:

The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel across NCR, including regular physical visits to prospective client locations, along with email-based business development.

The primary objective will be to identify and acquire maximum possible clients having DG sets and requiring authorized hazardous waste/used-oil disposal services.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Faridabad, Haryana (Faridabad, Faridabad District)
