Corporate English Trainer

Job Summary

Analytics Circle is looking for a Corporate English Trainer & Student Coordinator who can train students and working professionals in English communication while also supporting student coordination, placement assistance, and enquiry management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and preferably a technical/IT background or experience working with technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Communication

- Conduct training sessions on spoken and corporate English
- Improve students’ fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication
- Train students in interviews, presentations, group discussions, meetings, email writing, and workplace communication
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and interactive activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Student & Placement Coordination

- Coordinate with students regarding classes, assignments, interviews, and placement activities
- Assist students with job opportunities, interview preparation, and placement coordination
- Coordinate with companies/recruiters for interview schedules and student requirements
- Maintain student placement and career-related records
- Support students during the recruitment and interview process

Enquiry & Administrative Support





- Handle basic student enquiries
- Provide information about courses, batches, schedules, and institute activities
- Maintain student and enquiry records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with trainers and the internal team for day-to-day activities
- Support seminars, workshops, orientations, and other institute activities

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Communication, Education, Management, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in communicating with students and working professionals
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with basic Excel, WhatsApp, and computer applications

Good to Have

- Technical/IT background is preferred
- Basic understanding of Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or IT careers
- Previous experience in corporate training, student counselling, placement coordination, or an education/training institute
- Experience working with IT/technology professionals
