Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to residential/commercial properties to inspect and document structural conditions (cracks, dampness, slab issues, etc.)
- Capture accurate photographic, thermal, and measurement-based evidence as per Foxscan's inspection protocol
- Record observations systematically to support root-cause diagnosis
- Coordinate with clients in office to explain the inspection process and set expectations
- Ensure evidence collected is complete and accurate to enable efficient report generation
- Escalate complex or ambiguous findings to senior engineers for review
- Maintain inspection timelines to support the 48-hour report turnaround commitment
- Use company tools/apps to log site data digitally
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
